The Financial Crisis of 2008 was devastating.
The stock market dropped 50%. Your retirement plan was devastated.
The housing market suffered the biggest bear market since the Dirty Thirties. Many people, you?, lost their house. Everybody suffered.
Companies went bankrupt. Many people, you?, lost their jobs.
Banks were shaken. Many went bankrupt.
What I just wrote is all true but doesn't really tell the story.
The real story is the real suffering that tens of millions of people went through.
A friend of mine worked for many years in a construction company. He had built a nice life for himself and his family. They had just moved up to a kinda fancy house with a big pool in the backyard that his kids loved to play in when the summer heat hit.
Sure they were financially stretched a bit, but, hey, who isn't? But they still had money for a nice vacation and going out to restaurants.
But then, in early 2008, the Crisis hit. He lost his job. He did have much savings because they just put all their savings into the down payment on the house.
The housing market starting moving briskly lower. His mortgage went underwater. He started getting calls from the bank about his payments. They were getting further and further behind on them.
Then he lost his job.
I can't imagine what it must have been like to go home that day and have to tell his wife that he was out of a job. I just can't imagine how painful that must have been. I can't imagine what his wife said and what was the expression on her face. I can't imagine.
His 401(k) is getting hammered while all this is going on.
He was not protected from the Financial Crisis. He did not protect his family...
You can read my deeper analysis of why this happened in my Special Report Financial Crisis 2019. Download it free by clicking here now.
You probably know someone like my friend. Maybe you are similar to him.
Don't you owe it to yourself and your family to protect them from a potential crisis? Good grief, isn't that about the most important thing you can do in your life?
You need to download Financial Crisis 2019 right now by clicking here.
I hate to be the bringer of bad news. But I want to protect you. I can't force you to protect yourself and your family. I can only alert you to what I believe is happening.
Good trading,
Courtney Smith

Sorry, I’m not buying it. I’m not a bitcoin maniac.
People hype bitcoin as the future of money. They point out:
1. Bitcoin is anonymous
2. Bitcoin is secure
3. Bitcoin is not controlled by any government
Sounds good but is completely wrong.
Let’s look at each of these reasons behind bitcoin.
Bitcoin is anonymous. Can be but governments around the world are saying that it can’t be. Europe in particular is requiring that you have to reveal your identity to own bitcoin.
Bitcoin is secure. Actually there are have been billions of dollars of thefts and scams. The dollar is more secure and it is no prize!
Bitcoin is not controlled by any government. True but not for long. We are seeing governments around the world crack down on bitcoin. Some countries are banning it entirely and others are forcing massive changes.
Transactions in bitcoin are shrinking as it becomes so cumbersome to use and governments crack down.
Here is one of the main reasons why bitcoin will not replace government issues currency. It’s not government issue currency!
Governments will not allow any competition to their monopoly in money. Sure, they will allow bitcoin as long as it is small and unimportant. But, as soon as it looks like it could compete with government money, they will shut it down. We are seeing that already and bitcoin is incredibly unimportant in the world’s economy right now.
Bitcoin can be good to trade because of the incredible volatility but that is about it.
My #1 newsletter, Wall Street Winners, gives recommendations in bitcoin every week! You can learn more by clicking here.
Good trading,
